Shipping & Handling. All products will be shipped from our warehouse via UPS GROUND at no charge. Two-day delivery, please add $10.00, Next-day delivery, please add $20.00. We regret that at this time, we cannot offer International delivery. Multiple item orders may be shipped separately. Please order early to help assure timely delivery.
Returns. We hope you will be fully satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, please do send it back to us for exchange or refund. Returns will be accepted within 14 days from date of receipt. They must be in pristine condition, accompanied by the packing slip indicating the reason for your return. Holiday gifts must be returned by Sunday, January 7, 2007. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable gift certificate. For your protection, we suggest sending the item via UPS or FedEX, insured with return receipt requested.
